Conditions

Prices are per person per day, for a minimum stay of 3 days.
The price may vary depending on the occupation.
The price includes weekly change of towels and bed linen, heating, electricity and final cleaning.

Check In: after 15 clock
Check Out: at 9 clock

The reservation will be considered valid after the credit of the requested down payment and our written confirmation.

We kindly ask our guests to notify us if the Check In is planned after 7 pm.
Changes concerning the number of guests must be communicated and agreed in advance. The account will be settled at the moment of arrival or the evening before departure, preferably in cash, through bank transfer or credit card.

The visitor's tax of € 2,30 per person per night is not included in the price. Children up to the age of 14 are exempt.


Cancellation
It sounds unpleasant and in fact it is, both for you and for us.
We therefore ask your comprehension if for last-minute cancellations (up to one month before), an additional coverage for damage up to 80% of the price of the reserved apartment will be charged.
In the same way, in case of earlier departures or late arrivals we will charge 100% of the price of the reserved apartment.
In case of cancellation, the down payment will not be refunded, including also snow and weather conditions.
